2024 Conference on Recent Developments in Commercial and Financial Law: Insights from Law and Data

The Center for Legal Data Science (CLDS) and the Society of Commercial and Financial Law (SCFL), in association with Loyens & Loeff, invites academics, scholars, and practitioners with diverse perspectives from the civil and common law to present papers on recent developments in commercial and financial law.

CLDS Workshop "Health Data Extraction: Technological Advancements & Legal Aspects"

 This event is dedicated to exploring the technological and legal intricacies of text and data mining in the context of health data.  

The workshop is scheduled to be held at the CLDS, located at Pestalozzistr. 24, 8032 Zurich, on Friday, April 12th, from 9:30 AM to 12:15 PM.  The courses cover "Challenges in Extracting Health Data: Technical and Legal Perspectives" and "Text and Data Mining: Copyright Exceptions".

Due to limited seating, we kindly ask for a confirmation of your attendance via email at clds@ius.uzh.ch. Additionally, we are offering the opportunity for online participation on Zoom. The link will be shared once attendance is confirmed.
